About me
CX and Product Design Lead
CX and Product Design leader with 25+ years' experience shaping human-centred products and services across healthcare, telecoms, financial services, and highly regulated environments.
I work where customer insight meets design strategy, turning research, service mapping, and complexity into clear, actionable frameworks that drive real decisions and meaningful business outcomes, not just well-documented problems.
I use AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and collaboration across distributed teams, helping organisations move faster without losing rigour or craft.
Alongside my work, I'm an active mentor, minister, and speaker, with a long-standing interest in how design is practised, taught, and scaled responsibly.
